The global hydrogen economy is accelerating, and one of the most influential platforms leading this charge is the Monaco Hydrogen Forum, hosted by the Monaco Hydrogen Alliance under the High Patronage of H.S.H. Prince Albert II. Scheduled for December 1–2, 2025, the Forum’s fourth edition will spotlight hydrogen’s transformative role in clean transportation, renewable energy, and sustainable mobility.

This year’s theme, “Hydrogen’s New Paradigm: Rethinking Investment, Boosting Innovation,” reflects the urgency of scaling green hydrogen solutions across land, air, and maritime transportation. By convening policymakers, investors, innovators, and global industry leaders, the Forum underscores Monaco’s commitment to building a cleaner future through hydrogen innovation.

A highlight of the event is the 2025 Monaco Prize for Innovation in Renewable Hydrogen and Transportation, an international competition recognizing groundbreaking solutions that are scalable, viable, and capable of reshaping the energy landscape. Such initiatives are crucial as the hydrogen industry transitions from pilot projects to large-scale commercial deployment.

Why does this matter? Because the hydrogen economy is at a pivotal moment. Breakthroughs in financing, infrastructure, logistics, and technology are needed to reduce emissions, decarbonize transport, and strengthen global energy security. Events like the Monaco Hydrogen Forum serve as catalysts for investment and international collaboration, helping to accelerate robust hydrogen value chains that connect production, storage, distribution, and end-use markets.

With influential speakers from Airbus, Alstom’s HELION Hydrogen Power, Hydrogen Impact Partners, and leading government representatives, the Forum is not only a knowledge-sharing hub but also a launchpad for partnerships that can drive hydrogen adoption worldwide.

The Monaco Hydrogen Alliance continues to position itself as a pioneer in promoting renewable hydrogen in mobility, offering a global stage for dialogue, innovation, and action. As the energy transition gains speed, platforms like this are essential in shaping the hydrogen economy of tomorrow.
